PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.
By accessing SIDEPADS and placing an order, you unequivocally accept the following legally binding terms.
1. Shipping & Liability
GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTION (EU & UK ONLY): We exclusively ship to destinations within the European Union and the United Kingdom. Orders addressed outside these regions cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled.
SIDEPADS is dedicated to ensuring quality dispatch. However, liability for the package transfers to the courier service and the customer once the item leaves our facility.
STRICT LOST PACKAGE POLICY: SIDEPADS assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once handed to the carrier. We reserve the right to DENY REFUNDS for any shipment marked as "in transit", "delivered", or "lost" by the courier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
2. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the artisanal and limited nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless a manufacturing defect is present.
- 15-Day Window: Refund/Return claims must be submitted within 15 days of the documented delivery date. Claims made after this period will be automatically rejected.
- Valid Conditions: Returns are accepted ONLY for products that arrive physically damaged or do not match the order specifications (e.g., incorrect item sent).
- Evidence: High-resolution photographic evidence is mandatory for all claims.
- Process: Contact support@sidepads.com. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
3. Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Estimated delivery times are 4-7 business days depending on your location within the EU or UK. Delays due to courier logistics or customs processing are beyond our control.
4. Right to Refuse Service
SIDEPADS reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspicion of fraud, incorrect pricing due to technical errors, or stock discrepancies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual color of the products. Minor variations in artisanal manufacturing are expected and are not considered defects.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SIDEPADS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.
7. Intellectual Property
